Inconel Tubi Style insulated exhaust manifold kit for Ferrari F430 from 2004 to 2009 and 430 Scuderia from 2007 to 2009

PRELIMINARY INFORMATION

The exhaust manifolds are suitable for the F430 and 430 Scuderia models, in the Spider and Coupé versions. The exhaust manifolds do not have pre-catalysts, therefore the use of these manifolds on the F430 is not legal and may cause the check engine light to come on. For assembly, the component requires specific instructions not included in the workshop manual. Instructions are included in the package

ENGINE LIGHT ECU PRORAMGING

Replacement or the removal of some components such as catalytic converters, particulate filters and electric actuators may cause the engine warning light to come on. In this case, an action at the software level by the installer is necessary to turn off the warning light.

MATERIAL

Inconel 625 is the material for components that must guarantee resistance to high temperatures. Technically advanced, it is used in F1 and industrial aerospace. It is characterized by excellent resistance to mechanical and thermal stress which allows the use of thin sheet metal, reducing the weight of the components.

DIMENSION

The value of 70mm refers to the diameter in mm of the main pipe of the exhaust system.

INSULATED

In the case of components positioned in potentially critical areas and dangerous, Tubi Style ensures maximum protection by using insulation made with the same technology as the manufacturers.

ANTI PARTICULATE FILTER - REMOVAL OF SECONDARY CATALYST

To reduce the exhaust back pressure and increase sound emission, this component removes the standard secondary catalysts.
