This control kit Onboard remote gives you the ability to open exhaust valves at the touch of a button. The remote control comes with special connectors that can only accommodate Lamborghini ones

The reason for controlling the exhaust back pressure is to obtain a better torque band of the engine and to maintain the driving ability in a wide range of conditions. Today's high-performance engines prefer a free-flowing exhaust with wide throttle openings and high rpm. With smaller throttle openings and low rpms found in traffic, a slight increase in exhaust backpressure results in better low-rpm torque and an easier-to-use engine.

This pressure is controlled by one or more butterfly valves in the exhaust system. These valves are in turn controlled by the engine control unit which opens and closes them according to a series of preset rules. When using the vehicle on the track or in a sporting environment where it is desirable to keep the valves in the open position, simply press a button on the remote control to make this possible.

This controller interfaces perfectly with your CAPRISTO equipped with exhaust valve or with the OEM exhaust for Ferrari and Lamborghini. The original harness electrical connections power the controller. This essentially makes assembling this controller as easy as "plug and play".

The remote control that comes with the controller is sleek and is pre-programmed. A built-in self-learning function allows you to program multiple remote controls as needed. An additional safety feature is a safety condition that allows the exhaust valves to go into the open position in the event of an electrical failure or vacuum. This prevents damage to the engine and/or cylinder head due to excessive heat build-up.

The supplied harness is available with a long and short reach option. It can also be used for single or dual exhaust valve operation.
