The downpipe is a detail that significantly increases engine performance thanks to the direct outflow of gases. The component is made of AISI 304 steel and fully TIG welded by the expert hands of our operators.
For the realization, pipes with reduced thicknesses are used, generally 1.2 mm, this to emphasize the high level of quality and careful attention to the weights, moreover the diameter, the geometry of the fittings and the volumes are specifically designed to make the most of the specific type of engine on which the downpipe is mounted. The flanges are produced by numerical control / laser cutting machines, with holes of absolute precision, to ensure a perfect assembly. The product replaces the original component without any modification. Finally, we would like to emphasize that all items are designed and manufactured in our headquarters and the product has all the features and care of the best Italian artisan tradition.
