Exhaust Akrapovic Slip-On BMW X5 X5 M 01-21

With a distinctive sound while shifting, along with improved power and torque, all wrapped up in an all-titanium exhaust, the Slip-On (Titanium) system offers the ultimate Akrapovic experience while still meeting ECE homologation. Constructed from high quality lightweight titanium alloys and finished with two sets of carbon fibre/titanium mufflers, the system features intricate parts cast at the in-house foundry, including the valve housing and headers from the center muffler to the mufflers. Two valves, one on each side of the muffler, adapt the gas flow to help produce that unmistakable Akrapovic sound that is distinctly different from that of the BMW X5M with a stock system. The tone is more evident while shifting gears and accelerating, and this can be further controlled through the addition of the Akrapovic Sound Kit (optional) to provide greater aural pleasure. As a further improvement, Akrapovic has created optional parts to change the aesthetic appearance of the car and to highlight the beautiful finish of the terminals: the handmade carbon fiber diffuser gives a special touch to the visual experience. With the installation of the Sound Kit, the ECE homologation is not valid. For non-OPF vehicles, the ECE type approval certificate is invalid. For the installation of the slip-on system it is necessary to cut the stock exhaust system: read the instructions carefully before starting the installation.
