Exhaust Akrapovic Evolution MERCEDES-BENZ GLE COUPE GLE 63 S AMG 03-20

This product is made of high quality lightweight titanium which leads to a weight saving of 34.2% compared to the original AMG Performance exhaust. The completely sandblasted exterior is completed by a new design of the mufflers made of hand-crafted carbon fiber with a titanium inner sleeve. There are three exhaust valves, actuated by a specially developed control kit: one on both sides of the muffler and one in the X-connection in the header pipe to create a perfect sound experience. The valve housings, X-piece, and buttress - or central pillar - are all cast in the in-house foundry. The system produces a distinctive pure and deep tone, with a full-bodied sound at idle and a well-defined and strong sound as the revs rise, resulting in a full and strongly sporty sound at higher revs. No remapping is needed during installation. An optional Akrapovic Sound Kit is also available to have full control of the sound emitted by the system. The Evolution system (Titanium) is ECE approved for cars with GPF. The system has been designed to be a replacement for cars equipped with the original AMG Performance exhaust and is only suitable for cars with the original tow hook. ECE homologation not valid with the installation of the Sound Kit.
